Delete your Kid Monk account
App name on Google Play: Kid Monk. You can request deletion here without installing or opening the app.
What is deleted
When we process your request, we delete the parent account and all associated child data from our active databases, including profile information, learning progress, and related records.
What may be retained briefly
Encrypted automated database backups are automatically purged on a standard 7-to-30 day cycle. We do not keep your account for marketing.
How long it takes
In-app deletion through Settings > Account > Delete Account is immediate.
If you email us from the same parent email used to create the Kid Monk account, we treat that as verification and delete the account, usually within 7 days.
If you use the form below, we email that parent address and ask you to reply YES from that inbox. We delete only after that reply, usually within 7 days. We do this so nobody can delete another parent's account by typing their email on this page.

Send a message from the parent email used to create the account. Include the words delete Kid Monk account.
